20 Creative Vegan Apple Recipes

Just went apple picking? Or bought an impulse bushel at your local grocer? Wherever you got ‘em, we’ve got ya covered with ways to use your fall apples. This list has twenty of my favorite vegan apple recipes, everything from simple three ingredient apple sauce, to healthy fall salads, and even some sweet plant-based treats, so there’s something for everybody.




Left: easy peasy 3 ingredient applesauce by Cook Eat Paleo will make your house smell like fall! Just 3 ingredients and it’s so good! Plus, you can sub applesauce for butter or oil in baking, so make yourself a double batch!

Right: Apple Chia Pudding from Raia’s Recipe’s. This paleo maple apple pie chia pudding boasts the deliciousness of apple pie, without all the work. Is it a breakfast? A snack? Or both?



Left: Roasted Apple Pumpkin Soup by Flavor the Moments. Roasted Pumpkin Apple Soup is healthy, vegan pumpkin soup made with homemade pumpkin puree. It’s smooth, velvety and delicious! (Hint: you can also make this savory soup with canned pumpkin to cut down on prep time!)

Right: Apple maple walnut cake bread by Foodal. This vegan apple maple walnut cake is actually an easy-to-make quick bread recipe that’s pretending to be cake! Fresh fall apples, crunchy walnuts and pure maple syrup combine to provide the flavors of fall and can be served for breakfast or dessert.



Left: Easy Apple Pear Strudel by Chickpea and Herb. If you think you can’t bake, this one if for you. So easy and seriously delicious.

Right: Shaved Brussels Sprouts and Apple Salad by Kitchen of Youth. This salad is perfect for fall — it’s a Caesar type salad made with shaved Brussels sprouts and apples. It’s so creamy, so healthy, and so delicious.



Left: Baked Cinnamon Apples by Little Sunny Kitchen are stunning. Tender and warm baked apple slices served with a hearty scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream. A great twist to traditional baked apples that everyone loves! All you need to make this is 35 minutes of your time, and 8 simple ingredients!

Right: Apple and Squash Salad by Running on Real Food. This healthy vegan salad features all the best Fall and Winter ingredients. Topped with maple tahini dressing, it’s a standout salad that’s always a hit!



Left: Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Apples and Cranberries by One Hot Oven. Bake this delicious vegan Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Apples for a tasty and colorful casserole. Toss in so.me dried cranberries for some extra flavor in this six-ingredient dish.

Left: Beet Apple, Carrot, and Ginger Soup by Just Beet It. Stay cozy and healthy with a delicious Beet, Apple, Carrot, and Ginger Vegan Soup! This soup is a beautiful blend of savory and sweet. Plus - it’s a great immunity booster!

Right: Warm Pear and Apple Salad by Chickpea and Herb. This salad uses Napa cabbage, and fall fruits to come together in a nourishing and warming meal that’s on the table in no time.



Left: Fall Cinnamon Apple Smoothie by Recipe by Veg Recipes of India. This apple smoothie is a delicious and healthy smoothie made with apples, coconut milk and cinnamon.

Right: Apple Cake by Zardy Plants. This moist and delicious Vegan Apple Cake tastes like fall and is just as easy to make as box cake mix. A healthier version of what Bubbe used to make, this cake is sweet, soft, and a tiny bit crunchy when you get a little pop of baked apple!
