Here is a compilation of some of my favorite vegan toasts from breakfasts past. Ranging from sweet to savory, with a few homemade bread, jam, and hummus recipes thrown in, this list is sure to please everyone at your breakfast table.
This savory beauty is homemade thyme hummus, sauteed onions, spinach, and king oyster mushrooms, salt, pepper, and garlic on sourdough toast.

This is a favorite, because when looking to cut down on food waste, I often freeze berries right before they’re about to go bad. These teeny tiny toasts have something for everybody. This is simply a store-bought baguette dressed up with some simple ingredients most of us might have on hand.
